- 3Pay the remaining €800 in cash (EUR or USD equivalent) when you arrive at the festival check-in in Santo Domingo on November 23, 2026.
Pay in Full by Card
€1,100 — one payment, done
- 1Pay the full package price by credit or debit card and arrive with nothing left to settle.
- 2By completing your purchase you sign the liability waiver — it is part of the booking itself.
- 3You receive written confirmation of your fully-paid reservation by email and WhatsApp. Card payments may include a small processing fee charged by the payment provider.
Refund Policy
- Refunds must be requested at least 10 days before the event. Send your request in writing (WhatsApp or email) no later than November 13, 2026 — whether you paid a deposit or the full package price.
- Within 10 days of the event: no refunds. Hotels, transport and events are already contracted in your name.
- Unused portions: leaving the tour early does not generate a refund for unused nights, meals or workshops.
Note: the liability waiver is separate from this refund policy — it covers injury and death risk, and you sign it at the moment you book.

🎤 The Festival Provides
- ✓Provide the accommodation, transportation, workshops, meals and events described in the Full Package.
- ✓Contract licensed local transport providers and established hotels for every leg of the route.
- ✓Maintain a designated point of contact, reachable by WhatsApp, throughout the festival.
- ✓Communicate any itinerary change as early as possible and provide a comparable alternative.
🧳 You Are Responsible For
- •Arrive with a passport valid for the full stay and comply with Dominican Republic entry requirements.
- •Carry valid travel & medical insurance covering the full duration of the festival (required).
- •Disclose relevant medical conditions before the trip and participate within your own physical limits.
- •Settle the outstanding balance at check-in (cash option) — seats with unpaid balances may be released.
- •Follow the crew's safety instructions during excursions, transport and water activities.

Liability Waiver & Assumption Of Risk
This waiver is part of your booking — you sign it the moment you place a deposit or purchase the package. Read the summary below; the full document is one click away.
- Injury & death disclaimer: by booking, you release the festival from liability for injury or death arising from your participation, to the maximum extent permitted by Dominican law. Dance workshops, excursions, water activities and ground transport carry inherent risks — including serious injury or death — which you knowingly accept.
- Insurance required: you must carry valid travel & medical insurance for the full duration of the festival.
- Health & fitness: you confirm you are physically able to participate and will disclose any relevant medical condition.
- Your legal rights:the waiver limits claims for inherent risks of the activities. It does not — and under Dominican law (Consumer Protection Law 358-05 and Civil Code arts. 1382–1384) cannot — excuse the organizer's own negligence or willful misconduct.
- Spanish version controls: the signed Spanish-language version is the legally binding one, as required for consumer contracts in the Dominican Republic.
Placing a deposit or paying the full package price constitutes your signature and acceptance of the full waiver.
